#ThinkLanguages 2023

#ThinkLanguages 2023

Registration is now closed

Registration is now closed for #ThinkLanguages 2023. This year events will be taking place nationwide during the week of 27 November – 1 December 2023.

Join thousands of TY students from right across Ireland in a festival of languages and cultures. Enjoy inspirational talks, fun language-filled workshops, and compete against schools nationwide in our interactive #ThinkLanguages Quiz. Last year over 15, 000 students in 180 schools nationwide took part. This year is set to be even bigger and better than ever!

New Partners for 2023

We have a range of exciting new partners offering lots of options for bringing #ThinkLanguages beyond the school gates. Why not catch a foreign language movie at one of the IFI cinemas, visit a third level campus, or even a workplace where different languages are spoken every day! For more info, see our Partners page.

Win a trip abroad!

Thanks to our friends at the Dept of Foreign Affairs, one lucky team will get to visit the capital of languages and cultures – Brussels – and get to see all the action in the European Institutions, as well as trying out some delicious chocolate and waffles! Find out more info on the Champion Team competition.
