Fun Activity-Based Language Camps
Language Summer Camps
In 2024, our sixth year of heritage and lesser-taught language summer camps funded by Languages Connect, we had a Chinese camp in Dundalk, a Chinese camp in Waterford, an Italian camp in Galway, a Japanese camp in Dublin, a Lithuanian camp in Monaghan and a Polish camp in Cavan.
Post-Primary Students
The summer camps were for students attending a post-primary school in Ireland. They provided an opportunity for heritage language speakers to learn more about their language and culture, or for beginners to discover a new language.
Two Week Camps
The camps typically ran daily between 10am and 3pm for two weeks. They support and inspire students through a combination of fun, creativity, and learning. There was no fee to attend the camps however a refundable deposit was required at the time of booking.
