Language Summer Camps

2024 will be the sixth year of heritage and lesser-taught language summer camps funded by Languages Connect. There have been heritage language camps in Polish, Romanian and Lithuanian and lesser-taught language camps in Mandarin Chinese, Japanese and Italian over the last few years.

Post-Primary Students

The summer camps are for students attending a post-primary school in Ireland.  They provide an opportunity for heritage language speakers to learn more about their language and culture, or for beginners to discover a new language.
