Language Summer Camps 2025
Languages Connect are delighted to once again be funding heritage and lesser-taught language summer camps, with applications for funding now open. It will be the seventh year of the summer camps, which are two-week camps aimed at post-primary students attending school in Ireland.
The Summer camps are an opportunity for heritage language speakers to immerse themselves in their language and culture, while allowing beginners to discover a new language. They support and inspire students through a combination of fun, creativity, and learning.

The fun-filled summer camps, which typically consist of a mixture of sports, culture and language based activities, are implemented by coordinators, with Languages Connect now calling on those interested in running a summer camp and becoming a coordinator to apply for funding. More information on the summer camps and how to apply can be found here. The deadline for applications to run a summer camp is Friday 28th February 2025.
